For a cleansing spiritual bath, simply mix the Purification bath salts with water in a bucket, then pour the water over yourself, starting from your head and moving downward towards your feet. This practice is typically recommended to be done at sunrise. As you bathe, visualize all excess negativity leaving your body. Additionally, you may choose to read Psalm 23 or 51 during the ritual, repeating the process 3, 5, or 7 times.

After your bath, collect the remaining water and bring it to a crossroad. Some also suggest placing two small black or white candles at each side of the bathtub, with the candles on either side of you as you enter the tub. Many recommend allowing yourself to air dry naturally.
